Good atmosphere- right on the water with good selection of food options. Service was great— both accommodating and quick. Had various dishes ushers but enjoyed a shrimp scampi. Large portions and yummy.

Banana Boat was a lot of fun. We went to the bar, ate and drank. Their guacamole was so fresh and generous portions and delicious. The Cuban sandwich was also wonderful. The stirfry was the perfect portion and taste and so enjoyable. The beers were super cold. The Mojitos were top-notch. The bartenders were attentive. Highly recommend fun atmosphere with great ocean views.

I ordered one of their frozen cocktails, and it was creamy, icy, and dangerously good perfect for a warm South Florida day. Really love the atmosphere it being on the intercoastal. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Indoor seating was immediately available. We decided to wait 30 minutes for an outdoor/dock table. Well worth it though. Live band was pretty good too. The waiter was attentive and on point. Menu was pricey and the portions were okay. We get larger portions with better tasting food at Flannigan's though. Nice place to take your out of town relatives.

Definitely a nice spot to check out if you’re in Florida. They have a large selection to choose from and great service. I got the claim chowder and seafood crusted salmon. Also the key like aioli was insanely good and super unique. Sit out on the dock it’s a nice vibe.

The atmosphere and ambience were absolutely lovely—warm, inviting, and perfect for a relaxed evening out. The decor and lighting created a beautiful setting. As for the food, it was just okay. Nothing stood out flavor-wise, and it didn’t quite meet expectations for the price. Overall, I’d come back for the vibe, but not necessarily for the food.

I truly can say I could not find any negative things about this restaurant. From the greeter to our server, the service was exceptional and courteous. Our server Leslie was over the top. Her recommendations were spot on including the dessert. We both have the parmesan crusted Pompano fish (recommendation from Leslie) with the mushroom risotto topped topped with heritage tomatoes. For desert we had the banana coconut stacked creme pie. It had 3 layers of delicious, succulent, delightful, sinful (homemade on sight) pie. We always have such a great time at Banana Boat Restaurant! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, and the service is top-notch.
